Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. We work hard to meet this for every project. During busy periods, delivery times may occasionally extend, and we will always keep you informed of any changes.
4. How does your pricing work?
We have a simple structure with a flat-rate minimum for every job, plus a per-audio-minute rate:
• Veterinary Transcription: $20 minimum (covers first 10 minutes), then $1.25 per minute after.
• General Transcription: $30–$45 minimum (covers first 15 minutes depending on language/category), then $1.25–$2.75 per minute after.
